PART 01: Interior Process Flow
PART 01 : Interior Process Flow
Location, capacity, and condition of the building’s electrical and facility installations
Areas requiring repair or reinforcement
Whether the existing store needs to be demolished
Space required for parking, deliveries, and work
On-site measurement is the stage for gathering all information about the space.
Communicate with the client to define the café concept and provide the designer’s completed design proposal file.
Through meetings, carry out planning and 3D design work based on the desired concept and direction.
After reviewing the completed drawings and 3D designs, make revisions 2–3 times if needed.
Once all final revisions are complete, finalize the plans and designs.
Define the scope of work according to the set budget, coordinate material types, and determine all construction requirements.
Calculate precise costs and prepare the quotation.
This phase allows you to carefully check for any additional costs not included in the original quotation once construction begins.
While the quotation outlines all work items and costs, the contract formalizes the commitment to those terms.
It includes key details such as payment terms, procedures for handling incidents, and post-completion defect repairs.
In the construction phase, work proceeds according to the schedule chart with clear communication between all parties.
If design changes occur during construction, additional costs may be incurred.
